1. Heart

Kidney pain is usually confused with a pain in the back or lower back. The kidney pain is deeper under the ribs, while the muscle strain is lower. The kidney pain may be felt spreading to the legs as well.
5. Appendix
The appendix is a vestigial organ that is located in the lower right area of the abdomen. Appendix pains can affect the entire stomach area or its separate parts.
The strain can travel to your right thigh as well. Nausea, vomiting, fever, constipation, and diarrhea are other signs of problems with the appendix.
