Ginger Ale Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 cups of peeled and chopped ginger
Raw honey
4 cups of water
Some sparkling water
2 juiced limes
Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:

Pour the 4 glasses of water into a pot and bring them to a boiling point. Afterwards, add the ginger in the pot and reduce the heat to a medium-low, while letting the ginger sit in the water for about  minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat and strain it using a kitchen strainer. Therefore you will remove the ginger and will keep the hot ginger infused water content.

To serve this drink you should combine 1 part of ginger water with 3 part of sparkling water and add some cubes of ice. To get a sweet taste, you should add raw honey or lime juice to your drink.
